If you are application is approved, you wil be email the official contract and then invited for an interview. There are no fees nor cost to join Face of West Africa management. FACE OF WEST AFRICA MODELS APPLICATION TERMS 1) I agree that all information entered through this application is correct and that I, not Face of West Africa management, will/shall be held responsible for any false information. 2) I agree to be held liable for all images sent to Face of West Africa management to represent me as a model and own or have recieved full permission for all copyrights for use of pictures, of which I have permitted Face of West Africa management to upload on my behalf. 3) I agree before any modelling work provided on behalf of the Face of West Africa management, I will sign a mutual agreement between the clients, Face of West Africa management & myself before participating or performing the tasks. Face of West Africa management will not be held responsible for any damages or injuries if this process is breeched. 4) I agree Face of West Africa management will earn 20% of all job requests provided it is paid work (this excludes work that only cover expenses). 5) I agree Face of West Africa management has all rights to terminate this contract if I (a) Discourage, obstruct or go against any of the above points, (b) If I reject work consistently for over three months, (c) reject more work than accept when matching all areas I have agreed to without any valid reasons such as work, sickness, family casualties, etc. 6) I also agree not to transfer details between myself and Face of West Africa management clients to anyother modelling agency. 7) Point 7 is only applicable to non-exclusive management- (a) I understand I am not signed to Face of West Africa management exclusively, but I will make Face of West Africa management aware of all agencies I sign onto preceeding this entry. (b) I will not represent anyother agency whilst I have been tasked on a job provided by Face of West Africa management. (c) I have agreed to a non-exclusive deal for Face of West Africa management to act as an agency for modelling work I applied to, the yearly time period begins on my first job. (d) Face of West Africa management has full rights to reject this application at its will. 8) Point 8 is only applicable to exclusive management- (a) I agree to transfer all clients requesting any modelling work that I intend to participate in to Face of West Africa management. (b) All agencies pending the termination of, or supplying contracts I agree to sign for work pending the termination of contracts between Face of West Africa management and myself will be exposed to the Face of West Africa management. (b) I have agreed to an exclusive deal for Face of West Africa management to act as a mothering agency for modelling work I applied to, the yearly time period begins on my first job. (c) Face of West Africa management has full rights to reject this application totally at which a non exclusive deal can also be considered. 10) By submitting this form I have agreed that I shall send pictures through email to pictures@faceofwestafrica.com with my modelling plus pictures or call 07957 427 168 to find the current address at which they can be posted to. I am an experienced model with a complete professional portfolio. I am a new face and would need to have my portfolio developed. Please note Face of West Africa management does not extort models for portfolio fees inorder to work with the agency, the query above is for acknowledgement purposes only.
